Your child’s school day, in one morning email
Each weekday morning, get one short email with your child’s schedule, the school emails that need your attention, and your to-do list, pulled together from school emails, the school calendar and class documents.
What’s on today
Today’s events first, then the rest of the week, with times and anything to bring or prepare.
School emails that matter
A summary of yesterday’s school emails, sorted by urgency, flagging any that need a reply.
Your to-do list
Sign-ups, forms, conferences, laundry and grocery duty, and other follow-ups.
What you’ll need
- A paid Claude account (Pro or Max) for the parent who sets this up. Claude is the AI assistant that reads your school emails and writes the briefing. Its free plan can’t run scheduled tasks. ChatGPT support may come later.
- A Google account where your school emails arrive (Gmail), plus Google Calendar and Google Drive.
- About 15 minutes. No technical experience needed. We walk you through every step, including first-time use of Claude Code.
- The school passcode (below).
Coming later, if families want them: other classes, ChatGPT scheduled tasks, and Outlook email and calendar. Let us know after you sign in if you’d use any of these.
Your privacy
- Your briefing is written by Claude, running in your own Claude account. It reads your own email and calendar. Nobody else, including the person who made this site, can see them.
- It’s told to use only school-related information and to ignore everything else in your inbox and calendar.
- When you sign up, this site saves your child’s name, the parents’ first names and email addresses, and when you used it. These are used to give you access to the shared class documents and to see how many families use the helper. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Enter the school passcode
Use the same passcode as the school’s front door and the Resource Hub on the school website.
